Payment Terms at Purple Health and Safety:
When you register for a class or make a purchase with Purple Health and Safety, you are agreeing to the following terms:
Purchase Description Summary: You are purchasing a Reserved Seat for a specific class, location, date, and participant. This seat is guaranteed for you, even if you don’t attend.
Exclusive Seat Guarantee: Your seat is reserved only for you and cannot be reassigned or canceled, regardless of attendance.
Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for selecting the correct class and any add-ons, and these cannot be changed once purchased.
Discounted Replacement Option: If you cannot attend the class, you can request a Discounted Replacement Class for $45 (group) or $65 (1-on-1).
Attendance Responsibility: If you do not attend the class, it’s your responsibility to request a Discounted Replacement Class or pay full price for a new registration.
Cancellations: In rare cases where Purple must cancel a class, you’ll be offered a replacement class or partial refund.
Services Received: You will have received the advertised services if you have a Reserved Seat, reschedule options, and certification (if course requirements are met).
No Circumventing Terms: Filing a bank dispute to bypass the non-refundable terms violates the agreement and is harmful to our business. Disputes can result in damages up to $750, plus legal costs.
