It all started because we had to take CPR classes every 2 years. What we found was absolutely shocking - and not in a good way. Some classes skipped half the material, some had instructors that told personal stories 85% of the time, and in others we were told to “pretend to breathe into the manikin”. WOW!

We started thinking about how we could do something different. And, as they say, the rest is history. Our founding team is a bit of a hodge podge. We’re teachers, entrepreneurs, scientists, health care providers, and event planners. The thing we have in common is our passion. We love coming up with ways to help more people learn how to be safe and how to save lives.

Our team goes the extra mile to create those light bulb “aha” moments our students often have. This may be through additional medical research and education or learning new teaching methods. We do this because we truly want to help as many people as we can to be prepared for when it matters most.

Sure, learning how to save a life is pretty serious business. And, while we take our mission seriously, we like to have some fun along the way. So, don’t be surprised if you find us hopping around on one leg or doing a crazy dance while we’re teaching you how to do CPR between 100 and 120 beats per minute.
